Jessie Moore has been practicing yoga since she was 16 years old. In the beginning, she used yoga to manage anxiety. It was the calm discipline that helped center her mind and body. Our busy lives require us to take time to heal which is why she loves Ashtanga. It is a set sequence so we can let our mind be the observer, and just breathe and move. Over time, it's possible to adapt this philosophy to our daily lives by managing our busy lifestyles with a calming acceptance, focus and awareness.
Jessie earned her 200-hour registered yoga teacher certification with Ally Ford.
