Ruby is passionate about yoga’s ability to transform. Over her 10 years of practice, she has experienced amazing physical, mental, and personal change. She earned her 200 RYT in Hatha Yoga from The Lotus Pond in Tampa, in October 2013 and has her certification in Restorative and Rope Wall Yoga. Ruby is currently working toward 500 RYT & CIYT. Her focus is alignment, based on BKS Iyengar’s work.
Whether it is lack of flexibility, poor posture, or lack of energy or strength, yoga adapts to the individual. Ruby will guide you into the correct foundations for poses at a pace that suits your unique needs. She believes everyone can benefit from yoga; feeling joyful and inspired by the physical and emotional space created by a yoga practice.
Ruby's classes cultivate mindful breath-based movements and alignment. She advocates feeling good regardless of pose or ability. Our well-being allows us to connect and communicate from a place of truth so that we can bring forth the best of who we are.
