Whether you are completely new to yoga, don’t know where to start, or already have a regular yoga practice, this course is for you! Learn the core basics of Ashtanga yoga under Ally Ford’s compassionate and knowledgeable guidance.
This workshop will help answer any questions you may have and give you tools to deepen your yoga practice.

If you are interested in joining an amazing melting pot of yoga practitioners and experiencing the inspirational energy of practicing in this traditional method, this course will give you the tools you need to get started.

During this two-day weekend workshop, we will introduce you to the foundational elements of yoga including philosophy, postures, breathing and meditation. We hope to help start you on the path to becoming a committed Mysore student.
